The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstract and case at APCASH 2024. All abstracts and cases must be submitted ONLINE.

Deadline for Abstracts and Cases Submission: Extend to 31 October 2024
Notification of Acceptance of Abstracts and Cases: Early November 2024

  • Cash prizes for winners of each category (details to be announced later)
  • Selected presenter can be the faculty of next year APCASH.
  • Limited travel grant for selected presenter.


Abstract instructions and format

  1. Presentation format: Oral/Poster Presentation
  2. Must be submitted in English
  3. Maximum 500 words
  4. You are recommended to organize the abstract as follow:
    - Background / objective
    - Methods
    - Results
    - Conclusion
  5. The Organizing Committee may advise authors to edit the abstract before final acceptance and reserves the right to reject the submitted abstract.


Case instructions and format

  1. Presentation format: Oral Presentation
  2. Case must be submitted in English
  3. Please indicate the category
    - structural heart intervention
    - congenital heart intervention
    - congenital and structural heart imaging
    - others
  4. The case can be submitted either in word format or slides
  5. If use the word format,
    1. maximum 300 words is allowed: Your case may be rejected if the word limit is exceeded
    2. You are recommended to organize the body of the case as follows:
      - Background / Objective of intervention
      - Description of procedure
      - Results
      - Conclusion / Learning points
  6. If submitted as slides,
    1. only .ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx formats are accepted.
    2. your presentation must not exceed 15 slides (including the title and conflict-of-interest slide) WITHOUT video
    3. the presentation title should not give the resolution of the clinical case and first slides of the presentation should contain only the title of presentation
    4. mention of patient name is prohibited
  7. The Organizing Committee may advise authors to edit the case before final acceptance and reserves the right to reject the submitted case.
