D. IMPORTANT NOTES
  • FULL PAYMENT to the Conference Secretariat of APCASH2025 must be received in order to confirm your registration. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Congress are requested to contact the Conference Secretariat at apcash@conferenceprohk.com.
  • Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted. For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 1 September 2025 (noon, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
  • All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
  • By participating at APCASH2025, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the APCASH2025. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.

E. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
  • If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Conference. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
  • Cancellation of your registration should be made in writing to the Secretariat. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received on or before 1 August 2025. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 1 August 2025.
  • No refunds will be made for no show at the conference.

. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
  • All rates are on per room per night basis, inclusive of 10% service charge and free Wi-Fi.
  • Upon making the hotel reservation via the online registration system, full payment will be deducted from your credit card or should be arranged by bank transfer.
  • For enquiry on pre/post stay/ other room request, please contact the Conference Secretariat at apcash@conferenceprohk.com.
  • Failure to comply with final payment requirement would result in automatic cancellation of reservations.
  • Amendment or cancellation must be by written to Conference Secretariat with the following terms:
    On or before xx xxx 2025 Free cancellation
    xx xxx 2025 – xx xxx 2025 A payment equivalent to 1 night per room is non-refundable
    On or after xx xxx 2025 No amendment and cancellation
  • No refund for any no show booking.
  • Hotel room rates in US Dollar are for reference only. Payment will be transacted in Hong Kong Dollar.
